Our services
We provide house clearance, waste removal and cleaning services across Huddersfield, Halifax and the wider West Yorkshire area. Any quote we provide is based on the information you give us and may be adjusted if the actual job differs materially from what was described.
Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are free and provided with no obligation.
- A quote is valid for the scope and volume described at the time it is given.
- We will always agree the price with you before carrying out any work.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the property and items to be cleared.
- Ensure we have safe and lawful access to the property at the agreed time.
- Remove any items you wish to keep, or clearly identify them to us in advance.
Items we cannot remove
Certain hazardous materials may require specialist handling. If we identify items that fall outside the scope of a standard clearance, we will discuss the options with you before proceeding.
Waste disposal
We are a registered waste carrier and dispose of all waste responsibly, recycling and donating wherever possible. Waste transfer documentation is available on request.
Liability
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill and hold appropriate insurance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our total liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer and arrange a new date for you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
