Recycling is a core part of how we work. On every clearance we sort what we remove so that reusable items are passed on, materials are recycled, and only what is left over is disposed of, always through licensed channels.
Recycling first
Our default is to divert as much as possible from landfill by sorting materials for recycling on every job.
Reuse over waste
Usable furniture and household goods are given a second life through reuse and donation rather than being thrown away.
Licensed disposal
As a registered waste carrier, everything we cannot reuse or recycle is disposed of legally and responsibly.

1. Sort
We work through each clearance and separate items into reuse, recycling and disposal, rather than sending everything to landfill.
2. Reuse & donate
Furniture and goods still in good condition are passed on for reuse or donation wherever possible.
3. Recycle
Recyclable materials such as cardboard, timber, metal and green waste are separated for recycling.
4. Dispose responsibly
Only what genuinely cannot be reused or recycled is disposed of, always through licensed channels.
5. Document
Waste transfer notes are available on request, so you have a clear record of how your waste was handled.
